SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Program Description
DispatchPro sends text messages to users of its transportation management platform. Depending on your role and preferences, these messages include dispatch and load notifications, document and status updates, account and security alerts, and replies from your company's dispatch team ("the Program").
Opt-In
You receive messages from the Program only after opting in — by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during account setup, in your notification preferences, or by texting the Program first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification settings (for example, the number of active loads you are involved in).
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any DispatchPro message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, opt back in through your notification preferences or contact your company administrator.
Help
Reply HELP to any DispatchPro message for assistance, or contact us at support@dispatchpro.com.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information is used only to deliver Program messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
