DispatchPro ("we", "us", or "our") provides transportation management software for freight brokers, carriers, and drivers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the DispatchPro platform, mobile applications, and messaging services.

- Operational data — load, dispatch, document, and location information generated through normal use of the platform.
- Communications — messages sent through DispatchPro chat, email, and SMS features, used to deliver those communications.

How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and secure the DispatchPro platform.
- To deliver notifications you or your company have requested, including dispatch, load, and account notifications by SMS, email, or push notification.

SMS / Text Messaging
When you opt in to receive text messages from DispatchPro (for example, dispatch and load notifications or account alerts), we collect and use your mobile phone number solely to send those messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- your company and the parties involved in your freight transactions, as necessary to provide the service;

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements.

You may access or update your account information in the platform, opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal information.
